Vasilis Nalbantis

Vasilis Nalbantis is a Greek trumpet player, composer, and producer. Throughout his career, he has studied and performed many different music styles, including winning 6th place in the Eurovision Song Contest with Koza Mostra, but his main focus has been the bridging and merging of 'Western' and 'Eastern' music. This can be seen in his bands, Ellipsis Quintet and HaydeTanz. Together with the brass manufacturer Lechner, he has developed his own microtonal trumpet model "Nalbantis," used in his works.
