Management & Productions
The vocation for teaching, sharing, and diffusing music has been a constant factor in the Taller de Músics. Currently, the Productions & Management department is recognized as a reference for the cultural management of modern music. It works on the promotion of musicians linked either directly or indirectly to the Taller and produces shows and research work carried out by the Taller. It offers a solid platform and experience to support musical creations such as the Original Jazz Orchestra Taller de Músics (OJO). It brings together the best and most diverse groups for shows and concerts tailor-made for different types of events, both public and private. It also manages the tours of more than ten different shows and musicians.
Record Label
The aim of the Taller Collection is to offer evidence of musical creation in Barcelona in the fields of jazz and improvisation. The recordings that have been made to date for the collection bring together the music of some of the creators and performers that have been working in Barcelona for some time. Among them are Tete Montoliu, MBM Trio, Pau Riba, Nèvoa, and RumbAmazigha.
