SISILAIN

Sisilain means "another side of me" (Akis), portraying the other side of love. Sisilain was created by Akis in November 2012. Akis conceived Sisilain to perform his own music by himself. The concept of Sisilain then grew to that of a "semi-orchestra," and was named "hallucination folk orchestra" as a genre by Akis and Amal. Having been joined by some very talented friends, Sisilain is now a mini orchestra, with the goal of delivering songs to the hearts of their listeners. Sisilain's music and lyrics are, like you, me, and all of us, ambiguous. Sisilain is a celebration of all the "other sides of us."
