ABOUT
Born on the shores of the Mediterranean with Marseille (France) as its home port, MaClick illustrates the vitality and richness of travel. Inspired by Gnawa and more widely North-African music, the band plays a spicy and lively blend of cultural horizons, a chance for the listener to "see the sounds and taste the colors."
MaClick is a rich harmony of inter-ethnic cultures and roots (North African, Sub-Saharan, and European). Together, the members of the band distill, share, combine, and deliver a fusion of ancestral magic of trance-inducing music, sometimes dreamy, sometimes euphoric.
Anass Zine (Morocco) - vocal, guitar, guembri, n'goni, karkabous
Kader Denednia (Algeria) - guitar, choirs
Marek Eichler (Czech Republic) - bass, choirs
Olivier Martin-Delalez (France) - keyboards, machines, accordion, choirs
Pierre-Auguste Bona (Cameroon) - drums, choirs
Management, press: Sabine Tostain (France)
