With the first Love Parade, he became a fan of electronic music and started to perform as DJ Datax. He established himself in the Berlin electronic scene, mostly playing Drum & Bass, Dubstep, and Breakbeats. During this period, he also originated several series of events. In 2004, he started to produce his own music. In 2008, he founded his label Unexpected Audio Productions together with Bymski, who is known for mixing electronic sounds with traditional influences. Two musicians and DJs from the electronic underground with a fascination for traditional ethnic sounds from the Balkans and Asia. The combination of traditional and electronic sounds creates the unexpected sound this label stands for.
