Petros Ventouris

I am from Paros, Greece. I grew up and finished high school there. I studied Greek folk music for two years at the Music University of Arta, Greece. I dropped out and went to live in Athens. There, I studied modern guitar under Greek guitarist Grigoris Ntanis for four years. The name of the school then was "Modern Music School." Now it is "LAB Music." The last three years, I have lived permanently in Athens where I perform live in various bars and venues with my band. In February 2017, I released my first personal album called "Ola gia osa proseuxesai" (All that you pray for). I am now working on my second project, which is going to be called "Oyster Pant." I am co-creating this band with two other Greek musicians, and it is going to be country-acoustic folk music with English lyrics.
