Dino d'Santiago's "Eva" is among the best World Music albums of 2013 according to the Europe World Music Charts' juries.
The latest album from the Cape Verdean singer/songwriter was also distinguished at the Cape Verde Music Awards 2014, winning two of the four categories for which it was nominated: Best Acoustic Album and Best Batuko/Kola Sanjon with the song "Kabu Tchora."
"Eva" was released by LUSAFRICA not only in Cape Verde but also across several other European countries during 2013; and he successfully performed live at the second edition of the Atlantic Music Expo 2014 in the city of Praia - Cape Verde, Festival MED, Sol da Caparica & Sons do Atlântico (Portugal), Mit Afrika Festival (Germany), Ulsan World Music Festival (South Korea), KriolJazz (Cabo Verde), SummerStage Festival (USA), and Festival Minas Musica Mundo (Brazil).
