ABOUT
Standing at six foot three, he is the epitome of everything a country singer should be. A guy who's paid his dues in country music, from riding in rickety old smoke-filled, overcrowded vans to million-dollar tour buses and more.

From touring Australia in 2008 to receiving a standing ovation from over 10,000 fans in Craponne, France, in 2009, to a whirlwind 10 shows in 10 cities in 10 days tour of Spain from December 1-10, 2011, Erection Records Nashville recording artist, singer-songwriter WC Edgar is the 'real deal' when it comes to country music. WC's bio reads like a who's who in Country Music and has worked as a steel guitarist for everyone from Tim McGraw, Alan Jackson, Ty England, Leroy Van Dyke, Dale Watson, Marty Haggard, Jeff Carson, BB Watson, Johnny Lee, Whitey Morgan, Lucky Tubb, The Country Music USA Show at Nashville's once famed Opryland USA, plus many more. As a new artist now out on his own, he's just recorded his 4th self-penned CD on Erection Records titled 'I Lied'.

The previous three CDs included 'Alcohol Of Fame' (2007 Universal Vision Entertainment), which included a song with his dear friend and country great Daryle Singletary, 'Old School Survivor' (2011 Erection Records), and 'Non-Conformist Deluxe' (2014 Erection Records), all of which you may already have on your playlist and can be heard on Direct TV's Channel 811 'Honky Tonk Tavern', Pandora radio, Spotify, Rhapsody, iTunes, and everywhere else in the world music is played and sold.

Since 2009, he has toured France eight times, including one at Billy Bob's Dance Hall inside Euro Disney in Paris, France. Last October, he toured Sweden for the first time and showed them exactly what true country music is supposed to sound like. WC Edgar writes and performs all of the music he records and has also been known to play covers by many of the members of the retro Outlaw scene, including but not limited to David Allan Coe, Johnny Cash, Steve Earle, Hanks, and more. He has often been referred to as "The Spiritual Son of Johnny Cash & David Allan Coe".
