ABOUT
The vocal group from Niš, Constantine, was created in October 2008 as a joint idea of musicians and fans of vocal chamber music with a tendency to approach this musical genre in a slightly different way. The program framework of the Constantine vocal group is diverse and is based on the works of local and foreign artists, encompassing ethnic, pop, rock, jazz, film, and spiritual music that has been treated in a klapa style with the idea of breaking out of the conventional box. Therefore, the repertoire of the Constantine Vocal Group includes works from the twentieth century as well as pre-existing tunes in the genres of ethnic and spiritual music. The songs are performed in their original and in their own written arrangements by vocal members of the group.

The group has released two compact discs for PGP RTS:
"Still Singing at the Crack of Dawn" and "Heritage".
