ABOUT
Sister Lubei hails from the small island nation of the Republic of Palau. She is a gifted recording artist, songwriter, and one of the best in Pacific Islands' top female reggae artists. Sister Lubei is truly a rare gem from Palau who emerged on the Hawaii music scene in early 2001, delivering genuine music with an original style and amazing deep lyrics. Her compositions combine elements of reggae, hip hop, dancehall, dub, and world music. In 2006, she released her first album 'Til Zion' produced by RSL Productions, which quickly jump-started her music career and gained the attention of the Hawaii Music Awards as she was nominated in 2007 as the "Upcoming New Artist of the Year."

Sister Lubei has performed as an opening act for reggae heavyweights Gregory Isaacs, Morgan Heritage, Maxi Priest, Mikey Dread, Freddie McGregor, Maacho & Cool Connection, Yellowman, Third World, Tarrus Riley, Nas, Dub Apocalypse, and much more.

She recently released several singles now on iTunes with Tempo Valley, Ted Ganung, and more.
