Isokratisses is a female polyphonic vocal group, interpreting the polyphonic songs of Epirus. Born and grown up in a small village with tradition in this kind of music, we learned these songs from our parents and grandfathers,their friends etc. This music is unaffected by other kinds and passed down generation by generation over the centuries.
