Duo Corcova

Duo Corcova consists of Laura van de Woord (violin) and Jeroen Hobbel (guitar). The duo was formed in 2002 through a common interest in classical music and world music. With these styles, they still perform in several countries. In 2012, they produced their debut CD 'Violino e Violão' in Lucas van Merwijk's Tam Tam Studio. This second CD consists of Brazilian music as well. In the past year, they were featured on Radio 1 in the program 'Vroege Vogels' a few times. Also, they were played on the program 'Brazilian Blend'. Besides giving concerts, they both work as music teachers in Cascais, Portugal.
