Dimitris is a composer, singer, songwriter, studio producer, and session musician on traditional instruments and guitars.
He was born in Greece, and from his early years, he fell in love with nature and music. At the age of five, he managed to play by ear the rhythmic guitar part of "Susana" on his father's guitar, and from the age of 5 until 9, he studied music theory and classical guitar. But his hunger for learning faster and playing freely what he loves made him quit the conservatory and start his first band at the age of 10, writing his first songs too. And that was the real beginning of his journey in music. He worked for 28 years as a professional singer and musician, always writing his own music and songs.
Today, Dimitris lives on the great island of Salamina in Greece, a place with a huge history. Dimitris writes music for film, TV, and media in general, having produced over 20 albums and more than 200 custom tracks so far. He has earned great placements on TV series like "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders," "Booze Traveler," and many more, and he is signed with many music libraries like BMG Production Music, Songs to Your Eyes, Westar Music, SoundIdeas, John Fulford Music, Miles of Music, Scorekeepers, Liftmusic, etc. All instruments in his productions are played by him, except violins. He mixes and masters his music too.
You'll find him either in the studio or on a high mountain, on a great beach on his island, and always on the road, as he can't get enough of discovering his country and our amazing planet.
