The Hurdy Gurdy for so long has been pigeon holed into traditional and folk music. My work with this instrument is to discover new techniques and sonic ideas. Most of my music is based in the universe of New Age but pulls from a verity of different genres from jazz to electro. Now with the Hurdy Gurdies having electronic systems, we can throw this instrument into new sonic territories. Join me on my explorations.
