Arts4Change-Burudani Asilia is a nonprofit group of Tanzanian talented volunteers for traditional ngoma dance, music, and drama. Established in November 2016 by the nongovernmental organization Hakuna Matata Charity Organization, it aimed to raise community awareness and mobilize resources to support particular groups of street children, youth, and teenage mothers through special projects in line with key result areas such as sports & games, education, SRH, child & youth participation, and humanitarian aid.
Also, Arts4Change is working as part of the Department of Resources and Community Awareness of the Hakuna Matata Charity Organization, with the head office at Chamwino Ward-Morogoro, Tanzania.
Our Vision:
To contribute to the improvement of the life of dignity of street children, youth, and teenage mothers in Africa.
Our Mission:
To use traditional arts events to sensitize the community and development partners to participate in mobilizing resources to support the well-being of street children, youth, and teenage mothers in Africa.
In short, this is why Arts4Change is committed to using traditional arts entertainment in order to raise resources that are used to support the above marginalized groups as mentioned.
