Malotira are a traditional Mediterranean and Balkan band playing music of
the regions, giving value and visibility to theirshared cultures and diversity.
Since their formation in Lisbon in 2020, Malotira have performed across
Portugal in theaters and festivals, including the Cinema Sao Jorge (Olhares
do Mediterraneo festival) and the Day of the Mediterranean festival.
With their unique instrumentation, captivating voice, and vibrant traditional
dances, Malotira perform a repertoire of songs from the Greek, Italian,
