"Ll'urdema lacrema" is a song based on a poem from Carlo Avvisati. The poem is in Neapolitan language (one of the many dialects of Italy) and talks about a love lost, as in the feeling of love that faded away. The meaning of the title is "The last tear", not limited to romantic love, it's about love as a feeling when it leaves us.
