Sampo Lassila Narinkka - This channel is the channel of the original klezmer world music band Sampo Lassila Narinkka from Finland. The music of the band can be described as truly Finnish klezmer, suomiklezmer, in addition to the traditional klezmer pieces arranged in their own style. Narinkka is the only band in the world playing original Finnish klezmer.
Narinkka was founded by Sampo Lassila in 2010. The band has published two albums, with the third coming out at the beginning of 2024. The debut album rose straight up to 4th place in the World Music Charts Europe in February 2013 and stayed for three months in the Top 20. Narinkka has toured in Germany, Iceland, Sweden, and Finland. The second album of the group, 'In Strange Lands - Vierailla mailla,' was published in Finland in March 2016 and rose into the Top 20 in three international world music charts.
