ABOUT
Born in 1993 in Durban, the versatile and multi-talented Siphokuhle Mdletshe, aka Lyndani, hails from KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. He describes his music as Afro Music influenced by Jazz & R&B, with the concept layout and writing style influenced by Poetry & Hip Hop. Lyndani also loves Hip Hop, Neo-Soul, Jazz, and R&B.
Lyndani's inspirational music speaks about his personal life experiences; things he sees every day - ranging from the feelings of a hopeless man to the joys of a child. Making music is a calling for Lyndani - to heal people through pen and paper with words laid out on an instrumental.
When it comes to the music industry, Lyndani has a deep desire to bring authenticity through his work and presence, rather than a forced reality.
Lyndani had the glorious opportunity to be mentored by the late Durban Jazz Legend Sheila Khumalo, and he describes this moment as “that was it, my first encounter with Jazz and I was in love.”
Together with Lyndani's other passions in the Tourism & Hospitality Industry, he is set to make a meaningful and impactful debut in 2022.
