ABOUT
Fakirnama is a world folk and Sufi-based collective assembled to promote music with a different flavor. Our first priority is our own sound and music, which is being crafted with instrumental care by Somak Sir's magical hands. The band lineup is led by vocalist Oli, with Shubhadeep and Shubhankar on rhythm guitar, followed by Ritoban on percussions.
We are recording our very own versions of "Sunday Diaries" each Sunday, which you can hear on our official Facebook and YouTube pages. We have further plans to create more originals and also covers of different genres. We will go step by step, exploring unique layers of compositions, and we will try to enrich our Indian culture with our own sound.
