Lepotane Thomas Mokomane, professionally known as Dr. Mobe, is a South African singer, songwriter, music producer, guitarist, and performer. He was born on December 10, 1965, at a rural village of Ga-Matlala Ramoshebo, Dennilton, Limpopo province. His music is a mixture of Afro-jazz/world music and Pedi traditional melodies. He has a six-piece band comprising a guitarist, drummer, bassist, percussionist, keyboardist, pianist, with him on rhythm guitar and lead vocals.
