Kurt Lindblad (1967-2002) taught me the first polska before our gig to Estonia 1991. There is no mention who originally played it, just title that it’s from Osthrobothnia. For Kurt’s honour I’ve started to call it Kurt’s polska. Wedding polska from Malax is from the repertoire of Alexander Johansson Stolpe (1864-1897).
