Mashallo Samilo was born in Malawi on May 15, 1991. He is a musician and poet/writer. He recorded his first track at the age of 16. He released his first album in 2009. He was propelled to stardom with his single "Welcome to Malawi," which gained much international attention. His famous poems are "Bwadzulu," "Welcome to Malawi," "African Tailor," and many more.
