ABOUT
The Whiskey Mystic is an American singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. He began his career in Boulder, CO, where he started working with the Postally Music Group to master traditional folk song recordings. Already a self-taught instrumentalist, The Mystic was greatly influenced by the thriving Boulder bluegrass scene. Moving his way to Denver, The Whiskey Mystic ran into an underground community of Hurricane Katrina refugees who specialized in New Orleans jazz, blues, and rock.
For years, The Mystic played his way through smaller venues in Colorado before returning to the East Coast to concentrate on creating original recordings that encompass a number of diverse genres, including country, folk, Americana, blues, rock, alternative rock, funk, soul, EDM, psychedelia—and who knows—maybe the occasional Celtic fusion, folk Celtic, and Celtic rock. He has performed throughout the country and is on touring hiatus until TBD. On the rare occasion, you may catch The Whiskey Mystic with his numerous musical accomplices as they play in duos, trios, quartets, and a full raging knock-your-socks-off ensemble of rock funkology.
