"Beulah Land" was written by my great-grandfather, Johnson Oatman, Jr., the most prolific and beloved hymn writer in North America at the beginning of the 20th century. This year, I edited it and set it along with many other of his most famous hymns, to new music. Here I am performing it with Kurt Greenstone on bass at the Brunswick Maine Unitarian Universalist Church for a Sunday service on July 9, 2023.
