ABOUT
Author, composer, musician, and singer, Momi Maiga is a descendant from a family of Griots, carriers and transmitters of the Kora, from Senegal. Momi is the youngest Kora player of the new generation. He brings the Kora through new ways and musical styles. His personal style marks a fusion of jazz, Afrobeat, funk, Arabic music, flamenco, blues, and Mandé traditional music.
