ABOUT
Marina Ribeiro is a Brazilian singer based in Barcelona. Born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Marina studied classical piano and singing. A versatile singer with jazz and bossa nova roots, she participated in numerous acts as well as solo projects.
In 2005, Marina moved to London where she sang in various jazz clubs and as a session singer in electronic projects.
Upon her return to Brazil in 2009, she formed the indie pop band Os Amantes Invisíveis, releasing two EPs to critical acclaim.
Her latest musical journey around the world brings Marina to Barcelona, Spain, where she is fast becoming a favorite with the local scene, attracting praise from legendary bossa nova singer Rosa Passos.
