Madoky is the CEO's grandfather's first name. A long time ago, Madoky N'Diaye played a part in the history of Senegal when he kept his village's position without compromising himself and without fighting, simply by applying his intelligence. At the time, he named the area "Randoulene," which means "step aside" in Wolof (Senegal's national language). Now, a few decades later, Randoulene is still the largest neighborhood of Thiès, the second-largest city in the country.
