Transcendencia wrote itself in just 2 weeks, right before the recording session back in April. I had asked Amir Amiri to produce the CD, and it was only fitting that he should play on one track, but I didn’t have a piece that I wanted to simply insert the santur into. This fell into place, as if by magic.
