About "Corciolli featuring Patrícia Bastos | Arandu Ara"
From the incredible portfolio of renowned Brazilian photographer and indigenist RENATO SOARES, this video shows an impressive collection of photos taken from the following indigenous peoples: KALAPALO, KAMAYURÁ, YAWALAPITI, KUIKURO, WAURÁ, PATAXÓ, PANKARARU, APALAI WAIANA, TUYUKA, YANOMANI, KRAHÔ, BORORO, DESSANA, WAIMIRI ATROARI. A tribute to all the native peoples of Brazil, who teach us with their purity, love for nature and wisdom. The song ARANDU ARA was originally created from a short Tupi-Guarani poem by the writer and educator KAKÁ WERÁ, written in 2002. Only in 2019, 17 years later, CORCIOLLI wrote the music and created the final arrangement for piano, electronic synthesizers, violin, cello and percussion. For the recording sessions, the composer invited the Amapá singer PATRÍCIA BASTOS, one of the most beautiful voices of contemporary Brazilian music. ARANDU ARA - The Wisdom of Heaven ARANDU ARA - The wisdom of heaven APE CATU AVÁ - Is the good path of the Being TUPÃ GUÁ ICI ORUMÃ - That makes the Creator vibrate in you.
