Playing weddings, parties, and residencies in resorts or cruise ships - anything that pays, really! Work in Progress Recently joined an agency for musical entertainers to be listed as a Function/Party Band available for hire - we enjoy entertaining all types of crowds, from those letting their hair down at corporate gigs to getting all the guests at a wedding reception up on the floor. Wedding Bands It was amusing to see the confusion when we applied for work as one of the growing number of wedding bands for hire in Las Vegas (and elsewhere in the US) to eventually realize that "wedding band" in the United States is usually the term for what we say wedding ring.
