In this song we combine two different cultures, Navavar from Armenia and Den Første Gang from Norway, taught to us by Vigen and Håvard. Navavar is originally a song with lyrics, but we play an instrumental version, with the Duduk, giving it an Armenian touch. Den Første Gang (the First Time) is a sad love song about lost love. “The first time I saw you, everything within me moved. I thought you were the prettiest thing I had ever seen. The second time I saw you, you promised to love me and never think about anybody else. The third time I saw you, you had already betrayed me. I saw you on someone else's lap.”
