The second part of Icarus moves on a fast 4 beats Indian style rhythm carried by the Iranian Zarb, the clay pot Udu and various percussion. After the short theme follows breathtaking improvisations by the viola and 2 Saz until the end when Icarus achieve his flight and melts into the sun.
