The unique Polish brass orchestra consists of seven jazz musicians inspired by Balkan wedding and funeral marching bands, as well as Gypsy culture. The music of Tsigunz can be described as modern arrangements of traditional Balkan, Turkish, and Middle Eastern melodies. However, folk music is just the base; the rest is modern ethno-jazz.
