Acariciando Cádiz is a tribute to the uruguayan singer-songwriter Pablo Sciuto, a visitor and citizen of the most ancient still-standing city in Western Europe, cradle of the Uruguayan carnival of which he is a great admirer. Sciuto is Viñero, dreamer of Caleta and as a navigator composes this song, which runs through its streets, neighborhoods, sites and emblematic figures, with the poetry that distinguishes him, a humble dedication of love to the wonderful city that now caresses him.
