In the same vein, Adrian Werum has translated Robert Schumann’s work into a contemporary tonal language, and sets it in an inter-cultural blissful month of May. Thus, Schumann and Heine’s work becomes refreshingly up-to-date and is transformed by an air of almost esoteric and meditative calm.
