Majd Salloom discovered the oud at the age of 8. For 5 years, he studied at the Conservatory of Damascus, where he graduated in 2012. He began composing in 2011. His musical compositions are impregnated with Andalusian influences. He wants to bring new development to oriental music, a new dynamism. His technique, marked by Mounir Bashir and Nasir Shama, offers a wide range of rhythms.
