This is a vocalese tune born from a spontaneous conversation in music between me and coyotes in the field behind my backyard. The first part is coyote talk, and the second part is a human reply.
This tune was written in collaboration with pianist and collaborator, Shawn Ellison.
Performed for the first time live at Parker Jazz Club in 2021 with sound and lighting engineer, Mac MacDonald, and video engineer Kris Kimura.
