DJ Mayeva
United Kingdom
Manchester-based DJ Mayeva comes from a multicultural background with parents of Peruvian-Spanish and Norwegian-Irish origin. She has been performing at world music events, multicultural weddings, and festivals since 2006. In recent years, she has appeared at Exodus Live, FEAST, and Cultural Collage World Music Festival in Manchester, and has hosted world music stages at Croydon Summer Music Festival, We Face Forward West African Festival, and Harewood Hall in Leeds.

Mayeva plays music to suit any ambiance – from laid-back chilled beats from India and Morocco, through to the latest Samba and Salsa dance club sounds, passing through Balkan beats, reggae, and African rap along the way.
