This track consists of live improvisation and 2 x Aartwork tunes. The first tune (after the intial improv) is Blue Men Jig. The Blue Men of the Minch are poetic Mermen, only found off north west Scotland, who will try to sink a vessel in a storm unless the skipper can match them verse by verse, the second tune is The Devil's Dance Floor which is a stretch of notoriously rough ocean between Iceland and the Faroe Isles.
