This song was written at the Dickens Faire, a victorian Renn Faire. I was performing with a middle eastern ensemble, when inspiration struck to write this I was using my phone to record the song, the organizer for the fest saw me and told me I could not use the phone because it was not "period". So I was running from place to place trying to find a dark corner to record this piece when she was not looking. Thus the title Dickens Mad Dash.
