Tetiana Khomenko

Tetiana Khomenko is a leader of the Balalaika and Piano duo – a new Ukrainian musical project. They present an international repertoire that encompasses music from the Renaissance to the present day. Graduates of the P. Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, winners of national and international competitions, Tetiana Khomenko (balalaika) and Vitaly Lyman (piano), have already managed to conquer the Ukrainian public. B&P Duo – a unique project that will not leave anyone indifferent. Their work – 100% drive and positive! The repertoire of the musicians assembled world hits to suit any taste. From Renaissance tunes to the present day. Since 2016, this creative tandem has given a series of concerts and lectures under the title: "All faces of the balalaika. The journey in folk, classical, and jazz music." By visiting a concert, you can enjoy the music of the Baroque and the Argentine tango, original works for balalaika, and modern transcriptions of folk music. The highlight of each concert will be jazz music arranged for balalaika and piano!
