“flammable”is a fast-paced tune about the early stages of a potentially explosive relationship. I wrote flammable when I knew better than to fall for someone, but did anyway. It's about the struggle between head and heart. I hope that it's a departure from some of the more melancholy themes on the album, a song that still hits listeners in the heart, but also makes them want to dance around their kitchen.
