The Pan African Culture Exchange Society is a private, nonprofit organization that delivers services in strengthening the cultural, art, and Aboriginal industries and cross-sectors through cultural exchange programs, research, art fellowships, and residencies. It also promotes and markets a mix of heritage and cultural values in art, music, and Aboriginal science.
