A Platform for Ethnically and Culturally Inspired Music
ABOUT
Glenn Salgoud was born in South Africa and left in 1984. He studied jazz guitar at the Jazz School of Music, Cape Town, classical violin at the Trinity College of Music London, and mime and mask making in Italy, Switzerland, and the UK. He toured in the 90s as a musician for theatre throughout Europe as far as Croatia and as a theatre performer, director, facilitator, and teacher in Europe, the USA, India, and South Africa. Since 2011, his focus has been mainly on music; writing, recording, studying, and performing. He has an art piece in Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid, and Museo Artium de Arte Contemporáneo del País Vasco, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. He lives in Madrid, Spain.
