Percussionist, teacher, grandmother, gardener, traveler. I play the djembe and balafon and organize workshops in African music both in the UK and Gambia. I am the manager and player in Toumaranke, a group of Guineans led by my husband, Moussa Sylla. We are currently crowdfunding to get a spouse visa for him to join me in the UK.
