Chicken Fat Klezmer Orchestra is a passionate and energetic band that combines many world music traditions. Brewed in the musical cauldron that is Chicago's Old Town School of Folk Music, the CFKO is influenced by many styles including klezmer, hot jazz, Ladino, Roma, Greek, Romanian, Turkish, and Bulgarian music.
