KabaGaida.Com: Online training, workshops, and music around the globe.
We help people get closer to the kaba gaida by doing:
Online training and lessons. We provide free training resources and assistance for getting kaba gaidas from the best traditional makers.
We organize workshops for kids and educational concerts, promoting the kaba gaida around the world to all ages.
Our band, Kaynak Pipers Band, takes part in international events, performing at concerts, festivals, and presenting the kaba gaida in universities and academic institutions.
After we wowed the crowd at the International Bagpipe Conference in Glasgow, 2016, this fall (2016) we are invited to take part in some of the most important festivals for world music in the US - Chicago World Music Festival and Richmond Folk Festival, with more than 700,000 visitors. We have gigs in New York, Detroit, Washington, Boston, Baltimore.
